Christmastime Again!

Can you believe that we’re headed for another holiday season?  Once again, Thanksgiving has come and gone, leaving everyone here at bananaEd Productions looking forward to Christmas.  Lights are going up all around our area and our tree has been up and sparkling since Thanksgiving Day!

It’s no secret that we really like Christmas, and we hope that the love of this joyous season comes through in “Christmas Celebrations,” the latest episode of The Reading Lady.  Following the theme of Thanksgiving’s “I Am Thankful For…,” The Reading Lady shares facts and stories about Christmas traditions around the world.  Kids can learn how people in other countries celebrate this blessed holiday, and parents will love the fun construction paper Christmas stocking craft later in the episode.  And as always, The Reading Lady shares the true meaning of Christmas when she reads the story of Christ’s birth from Luke chapter 2.

This episode was a lot of fun to make (playing with construction paper and glitter glue–what a hard job!), and we hope that it brings joy to many families this holiday season.  Check your local public access TV listings to see when The Reading Lady is on in your area and share this fun episode with your family!
